An Open Letter To Kogi State Government and ASUU KSU Chapter

Ma'Quin Sarah
3Months at Home we are Tired-Kogi State varsity students cries out its no news that Kogi state university have been on strike for almost 3 months now the ongoing strike has detroited the academic calendar of the institution aside that the strike have negative effect on students, it is said that an idle man is the devils workshop.
Incessant strike actions have paint a bad image of the school and the State at large. we were suppose to start our exams few days before the Academic Staff Union of the institution embarked on the strike and now we have been at home for long the school is lagging behind enormously and this is really bad
we are tired of the slow system of the school the school embarked on an indefinite strike on the 14th of April 2016 because of salaries owed by the state government it is said that when two elephants fights it is the grass that suffers.
So on behalf of the entire students of Kogi state University we are pleading with the contending parties to embrace dialogue in the interest of the students and the suffering masses, whose livelihood depends on the functioning of the institution to please #ReopenKsu and save the future of the students
